Nourish: Ayurveda in Winter

Join Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor Amanda Beckett for an immersive experience of breath practice, gentle movement, seasonal rituals, light bites, and tea. Come away with a deeper understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices that will ground and support you during the colder months. Herbal oil, tea sample, and a seasonal spice blend will be provided to take home and enjoy. Just bring your mat and a notebook.
