RENEW: Take the Fear out of Financial Literacy, Homebuying

Money can be a scary topic. Sabrina Prazak and Autumn Hughes will be here to help you get over your fear of money and set you on a path of financial literacy.

Home-ownership - Introduction on where to start when ready to purchase. Application, approval/denial process, appraisal, home inspection, title, realtor, closing costs, down payment, etc.

Remember:

• One ticket per person, duplicate tickets will be refunded.
• If signing up for multiple people, use their name and email to sign up.
• Please be early. There are no late check-ins.
• The class is for adults only, childcare is not provided.
• Must attend in person and be present for the entirety of each class to earn RENEW Rewards.

About Sabrina: "My name is Sabrina Prazak, and I work with Park National Bank. I have been in banking for 26 years. I serve as a Community Home Loan Lender for Greenville and Spartanburg County’s. I am working with my communities to help family’s create estate wealth and get out of the rental cycle. It is my mission to give advice, guidance, and perspective to people that want to become a home owner. I strongly believe that as a lender I have the responsibility to create avenues for the people in the community that I serve and give them equal access to credit, with fair pricing and straightforward terms. I work in my community by offering financial literacy classes. I look forward to serving you!"

About Autumn: "I have always prided myself on being honest, determined, compassionate, and full of faith. This is what makes me the perfect person to help you find your dream home or sell your home to the perfect buyer. I will always strive to make transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible. I understand the demands of the market and what it takes to be successful in meeting all of my client's interests. Some of my strongest attributes in any professional career are working under pressure and crushing goals. No goal is too far to achieve when working with me. Helping others succeed in making their dreams come true while making one of the biggest decisions in their life is my goal. Being a part of the real estate world has never been a hobby, it has always been a passion and dream of mine. Although I grew up in Greenville county, I now have roots planted in Spartanburg County with my family. I have become part of the community by being involved in different school functions, church events, and festivals. I love meeting new people and making them lifelong friends. I have been happily married since 2016 and have two young, active boys. They are a part of the wonderful schools in their District and the sports they offer.
