Hey Ladies! IBJJA is hosting a Women’s Only Open Mat on Sunday, and you’re invited! Come out meet, train, and share the mats with a supportive group of women who love BJJ as much as you do.
Here’s What You Can Expect:
(Optional Competition Training: Get a jump-start on the day by joining our regular co-ed comp class from 10 AM - 12 PM.)
12:30PM-2:30PM: Women’s Only Open Mat.
Whether you’re a competitor, a new white belt, or somewhere in between, this is for you.
Traveling to join us? We’ve got you covered! Showers are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and Defense Soap body wash, so you can roll and refresh before heading out.
