Jake Hoot is an American country singer and songwriter, best known for winning Season 17 of NBC's "The Voice." He is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas, and was raised in the Dominican Republic for 11 years before returning to the US. There, he learned Spanish and the guitar, and developed his musical talent.
