Brian was an avid golfer and a music enthusiast. He passed away on October 29,2022 from a long battle with cancer. He was a police officer with the Indianapolis Police Department for 24 ½ years, where he earned several awards for his outstanding work. If you ever met Brian, you had a friend for life. He was always willing to lend a hand and take the time to get to know you.
He was a man of faith who loved his parish, Brian was a devoted member of St. Jude Catholic Church where he was active in the Men’s Club and was named the 2022 St. Jude Men’s Club Member of the Year. Brian was the owner of FMX DJs and was the DJ for many events around the city. When notworking or at church, Brian loved to spend time with his family. Bowling, playing golf, and watching the Dallas Cowboys play football were all things that Brian enjoyed. Brian had a great sense of humor and could make the whole room laugh. Brian’s wife, two children, and many nieces and nephews were incredibly important to him. His sharp sense of humor, ability to make a friend wherever he went, “life of the party” persona, and servant’s heart will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
