This focused three-month program is designed to improve Achilles tendon and ankle mobility, stability and strength. Whether you’re an athlete looking to protect your performance or simply want to stay active and injury-free, this program will provide the guidance and progressions you need.
What’s Included:
✔️ Initial 60-Minute Session
Full mobility and strength assessment
Baseline testing for ankle and Achilles function
Corrective exercise program tailored for your needs (3 weeks)
✔️ Second 60-Minute Session (Week 4)
Re-assessment of progress
Adjustments and progression into new strength/mobility program (3 weeks)
✔️ Third 60-Minute Session (Week 8)
Final assessment of progress
Personalized recommendations for continued training or integration into ongoing programs
Beginning November 3
Three full one-on-one sessions with take-home programming
