On Saturday, August 9th from 5-8, we are gathering to raise money for the Cook Family. They lost their son and brother Aaron already in July, now they are dealing with the death of their father, husband.
Dealing with tragedy and loss is difficult enough, but to have experienced many hardships including multiple family members with cancer, a farm accident, now the deaths of two members of their family within weeks of each other, we can help.
Due to this being planned quickly, the lack of a kitchen at the Elks and the need to prioritize profits, we are having a Benefit Cookout with Raffles.
The meal is hamburgers, hotdogs, salads and coleslaw. Dessert will be cookies and brownies.
