⚡️ARC⚡️Saturdays on the SRT

If you couldn’t guess by the picture, we have a new starting time next week. We’re bumping it up 30 more minutes to start at 6 AM. We know that is early but many of our runners are starting to hit the 14, 16, 18 mile runs in their training plans and with 100° weather that’s coming it’s only feasible to start early and get out of that heat.
The group meets by the playground/restrooms at unity Park with group picture at 6 AM and then feet hit the ground. Most do a loop around the park and then take off towards Furman. Feel free to comment your training plan for Saturday and pace so that others can connect ahead of the event.
