This it is! Community Women’s Wellness Conference

This is it! Community invites you to our Women’s Wellness Conference over the weekend of May 31-June 1 on the topic of ‘what self care really means.’

We’ll hear talks from main expert speakers and choose optional (included) focused workshops on topics which include:

• nervous system regulation

• busyness is not a status symbol

• caring for our immune system

• getting back in touch with our femininity

• rediscovering desire and delight

• rekindling the romantic flame

• what to do with grief

• tools to manage a budget and build wealth

• have a healthy relationship with food

• adult ADHD

This conference is not just about learning, though you will learn a lot! ​At its heart, this conference is about empowering you to live fully as yourself – rooted in your inner knowing, guided by practical tools and inspiration to create a life of ease, balance, and joy, all while supported by a vibrant community.​ You get to be a main character in your life, to be on your priority list, to have fun and experience joy and take time to rest, to feel good in your life and also in your body. It's not always so easy to do these things, though, especially when you don't know how or even what to do. That's why we created this conference – to help each other in coming home to ourselves, no longer believing we can put it off or that we have to do it alone.
