Welcome to Rhythm Ride! This high-energy cycle class is all about pedaling to the beat of fun, upbeat music. You’ll also incorporate upper body movements like push-ups and crunches, making this a total-body workout that feels like a dance party on a bike!

This new class format is perfect for anyone looking to mix cardio, strength, and rhythm in a fun and motivating environment. No cycling or dance experience needed, just come ready to move, sweat, and have a blast. All fitness levels welcome!
