National Fermentation Day sourdough class

Hi everyone!!! August 2nd is national fermentation day, and we want to introduce you to the wonderful world of sourdough.
From Noon-2pm there will be an immersive sourdough class presented by our good friend and bread maker extraordinaire Evan Tandy.
The class fee will be $35. With that you will get the class, the starter, a cold pint and lots of yummy examples of what you can do with your starter.
The class is limited to 20 so please sign up when the link is provided.
