Curious about turning your world upside down—literally? We invite you to our Intro to Inversions Workshop: a dynamic, hands-on experience perfect for anyone eager to explore the world of inversions and arm balances.

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll break down challenging poses like Chaturanga, Crow Pose, Headstand, and Handstand.

You'll get plenty of tactical feedback and practical drills to strengthen your upper body and core, plus modifications and partner-based techniques so everyone can participate at their own pace. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to refine your inversion skills, you’ll leave with new tools and confidence to flip your perspective.
