Indaco’s Summer Supper Series — with Chef Dayna Lee of Comal 864

A seasonal celebration of food, fire, and collaboration, this Summer Supper Series brings together guest chefs from around the region to craft an unforgettable evening alongside Indaco's culinary team. We're excited to welcome Dayna Lee Marquez of Comal 864 for our July dinner.

Hosted on Sunday, July 20 at 6 p.m. on our covered outdoor patio, indulge in a 5-course, family-style menu, featuring live-fire grilling and seasonally-inspired dishes, plus thoughtfully curated cocktail pairings with each course.

Dayna Lee is a James Beard-nominated chef and business owner from Brownsville, TX, who has proudly called Greenville, SC home for almost 10 years. As the owner of Comal 864 and Escorpión, she brings passion, culture, and bold flavors to every dish and every aspect of her business. A proud Latina, mother, and wife, her culinary journey is driven by a love of storytelling through food and a deep connection to her roots.
