What Is The People’s Parade?

The People’s Parade is a nationwide day of action, art, remembrance, and resistance taking place on June 14, 2025. It reclaims patriotism from authoritarianism, rejecting the militarization of civic identity in favor of multiracial solidarity, joy, and collective memory.

Why June 14?

June 14 is Flag Day. It is also Donald Trump’s birthday. In 2025, Trump has planned a military parade to mark the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army. The People’s Parade offers a defiant and joyful alternative: honoring the people who have always made America, not the weapons that claim to defend it.
