Movement is medicine for the body and mind. Our friends from Mantra Dance will lead us through a 5 rhythms journey of live world devotional music bringing a unique blend of mantra, musical depth and fun rhythm. This amazing experience is sure to lead you through depth, healing and connection with the life force within and between us all.


Ecstatic Dance becomes a playground for joy, release, and creative expression, at a pace that feels true to you.

This is not a dance class or a club; it is a journey of self-exploration, where your body and creative energy become the guide.
