Start your First Saturday feeling centered, strong, and totally stretched out. Join us for a free community yoga class in the heart of downtown Greensboro, led by the incredible team from Find Your Flow. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just want to try something new, all levels are welcome!

Bring your mat, your friends, and good vibes. We'll bring the movement, music, and morning sunshine.
