End of Year Ecstatic Dance and Potluck - A Day of Celebration.

We will celebrate the year that's ending with a dance under the stars, fellowship, a (non-alcoholic) toast, and delicious food together. Everyone curious about Ecstatic Dance is welcome to join us.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

A safe space for people to explore movement at a pace that feels authentic to them, we play 5 rhythms of music and have zero expectations, no judgment, and freedom of expression in community.

Dance has been proven to increase our social, spatial and emotional awareness, and it is a great stress reliever. Come start the year with a new great experience :)

We will follow with a brief game to review the year's bounty and invite the expansion and exploration of our creativity, connection and joy for the year to come.

Bring a dish, side or snack and your dancing feet!

Feel free to bring a light up prop and or an instrument.
