MYlife members event - Sound bath with Alison Fell

Cost: £4 cash on the day towards costs

Date & time: Once a month, usually a Thursday, 5:45pm for 6:00pm start (prompt). Please note -we cannot allow entry after 6:00pm!

Additional Information:
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a blanket and an (optional) eye mask & we provide the rest. Be prepared to feel totally relaxed and enjoy!

Transport:

-Nearest bus stop is on Nelson Street, near Sheriff Court
-Nearest train station is Greenock West
-We can provide maps and a link to travel info if needed.

Access:

-Venue is fully accessible at street level
-There is a lift
-There is a disabled toilet suitable for wheelchair use
-This is a seated event
-Very little walking is involved once inside the venue
