Full moon dip and Fire (strawberry moon) and mindfulness.

Full moon mindfulness with Kathryn, the Mindful Warrior, swim and fire on the beach (Weather permitting). Bring a seat to sit by the fire for mindfulness and after swim.

Join us for a moon meditation with the Kathryn, the Mindful Warrior. We will cultivate mindfulness and compassion by connecting with the moon, the water, the landscape and ourselves. Join us for an immersive experience !

And then a swim with Lisa open water swimming coach this is suitable for beginners and intermediate swimmers. A maximum of 30 people so book your place quick. The cost is £10. All you need is a swimsuit and shoe/wetsuit to wear in the water, and plenty of warm clothes, hot drink and perhaps a hot water bottle for after swim. (if u do have wetsuit etc please feel free to wear them, but not essential) We will be in the water for a maximum of 20min but the session will include time for a talk and question and answer session about all u need to know for starting your open water swimming adventure.
