Soul Flow and Flowers

Embrace a yoga flow as the sun is just rising over the trees, beginning to spill light on the ground.

Meet us at the flower farm for sunrise soul flow and flowers with Kasse and Loni. Instructor Loni Dinwiddie will lead a loving 45 minute flow, that will help you start your day with grace, gratitude, and glow. You will feel awakened, energized, and ready to move peacefully through the rest of your day. Please bring a yoga mat and any yoga accessories that give you comfort. Following the yoga session, you may stay the allotted 30 minutes with Kasse to get creative with your flowers. Light arranging instructions will be provided. The flower selection change seasonally and are farmers choice.

**Please arrive no sooner than 6:30 for safe parking. Parking instructions will be sent to you after purchase.
