Join me in this heart opening embodied movement class inspired by dance, rhythm, and soulful expression. Shake Your Soul- The Yoga of Dance blends easy to follow fluid choreography, qigong, and somatic movement to help reconnect with your body and boost your mood.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to move and feel. All bodies and fitness levels are welcome.
