As the season shifts toward autumn, we are invited to practice the art of letting go. Join CW for a two-hour immersion designed to gently release tension, restore balance, and nourish both body and mind.
✨ This immersive practice includes:
Gentle, grounding yoga & pranayama to connect breath and body
Self-myofascial release to unravel deep layers of stress and holding patterns
Yoga Nidra to rest deeply and receive profound restoration
Self Care Immersions offer you generous time and space to Explore, Practice, and Receive in a small group setting for supreme comfort. Together, we’ll explore unique fascia remodeling techniques that support the health of your connective tissue, improve ease of movement, and nurture your whole being.
🧘 Please bring your yoga mat (studio mats available if needed). Everything else will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring any props or comforts you love.
