This series blends functional medicine, gentle yoga, and energy healing to help you understand what your body is trying to tell you—especially around food, stress, and hormones.
Together, we’ll explore:
How gut health and hormone imbalances impact mood, sleep, energy, and digestion
Why emotional eating is a signal, not a failure
How chronic stress disrupts your body’s ability to heal—and what to do about it
Ways to gently support your nervous system so you can feel safe, clear, and connected again
You’ll leave each session with practical tools, new insight, and the sense that you’re finally working with your body, not against it.

Insightful, compassionate education around gut-brain health and hormones
Gentle yoga & mindfulness to release tension and regulate the nervous system
Guided energy healing (Reiki) to support integration and deep rest
