Individual $80
Foursome $320
Hole Sponsor $100
Cart Sponsor $25

*Entry Fees include, green Fee, Cart & meal at Oak Hills course after the tournament. (Prizes will be awarded during the meal)

All proceeds from the Mt. Sharon C.P. Church 19th Annual Golf Tournament will be used for the continued Christian ministry of Mt. Sharon Church. We appreciate all of you and what you have helped us to achieve over the many years that we have held this tournament. God Bless you!! Good luck on the golf course!

Registration must be received by May 14th for entry into the
tournament. We cannot reserve space. Sponsor info must also be
received no later than May 14th.
