You are warmly invited to SUNDAY MORNING MEDITATION @ Greenbank Community Centre on Teviot Road - first time or everytime- it’s so easy and natural , like taking a big breath of fresh air . (* All meditations are guided step by step .)

Please take the opportunity to settle busy minds, breath away stresses, and enjoy a gentle Sunday morning of self care .
