Meditation & Masks November

Join Shaley for a cozy reset inspired by the warmth and aroma of chai, the night before Thanksgiving. A time to slow down, reflect, and gather in gratitude. We’ll begin with a warm creamy chai mocktail and a comforting treat to open the heart and celebrate friendship, connection, and thankfulness. Then we’ll pamper our skin with a seasonal botanical mask of honey, oat, and chai spices like cinnamon, clove, and cardamom, a nourishing blend full of antioxidants, perfect for autumn renewal. We’ll settle in with blankets and pillows for a candlelit gratitude meditation surrounded by grounding fall energy and soothing healing frequencies. The evening closes with a warm towel, a hydrating Herbaceous serum and moisturizer, a deep sense of peace, and a little extra special gift to take home, a token of gratitude and warmth for the cozy holiday weekend ahead. 🧡
