Join onX and the Rocky Mountain Field Institute (RMFI) to help construct the new Devil’s Playground Trail on Pikes Peak.
Volunteers will work alongside RMFI staff to contribute to an ongoing project that will eventually open a brand new section of trail. We’ll be building sustainable trail features and stabilizing the trail tread. The project currently sits just below tree line at around 12,000 feet.
Volunteers should be prepared for a 2.5-mile one-way hike into the project site, with approximately 1,000 feet of elevation gain.
This is strenuous work using tools in the outdoors at high elevation. Be prepared for a rewarding and impactful day of trail work on Pikes Peak!
🔥Win a Chainsaw! Not only will you feel good keeping trails clear, but one in every ten attendees will take home a brand-new chainsaw from each Trail Revival Project!
