Yoga + Puppies for a Cause (Lucky 7 Dog Rescue)

Get ready to downward dog with actual dogs! Join us for a tail-wagging, smile-inducing yoga class where adorable rescue puppies roam freely while you flow. This all-levels class combines gentle movement, puppy snuggles, and pure joy—all to support Lucky 7 Dog Rescue and help these furry friends find their forever homes.

What to expect:
🐾A lighthearted yoga flow (30 min.) with plenty of puppy playtime (30 min.)
🐾Cuteness overload and spontaneous puppy kisses
🐾A chance to support a paws-itively amazing cause
🐾Optional adoption info for those who fall in love on the mat
