💪 Self-Defense Class at the Brown County Dems Office!

Join us for a free self-defense class led by an experienced aikido instructor! This session will cover practical techniques and empower you with skills to feel safer and more confident.

This class is open to all experience levels. You’re welcome to participate or simply observe if you prefer.

What to wear/bring:

Workout clothes and athletic shoes
No jewelry (except flat bands and stud earrings)
Long hair should be tied back

📝 A waiver will be provided at the door.

Come ready to learn, move, and support one another! We’ll create an open, supportive environment- and make space in the office for safe practice.
