A 7-session series, Discovery Relationships creates a supportive space to explore healthy relationships, self-awareness, community and family connections. Whether you’re healing from past harm or seeking stronger communication skills, this workshop will guide you in building the skills to relate with care and confidence. Especially for those who have experienced trauma or secondary trauma.
