On May 4, 1998, three fastener sales reps met for a beer in Green Bay and sketched out a company on a bar napkin. That idea became Packer Fastener, now a 10-location industrial-supply powerhouse.
Join co-founder and CEO, Terry Albrecht of Packer Fastener inside their new headquarters to hear how a "swagger-strong" culture turned a scrappy startup into a Midwest success story. Expect real talk, Wisconsin hospitality, and play-tested culture moves you can run the next day. Light snacks will be provided.
