Are you ready for a high-energy experience to sculpt, tone, slim and lengthen your entire body?

We all know we need a strong core for good posture, a healthy and strong low back, and for that feeling of empowerment we all want to bring into our everyday lives. Often the actual "doing" of core work is anything but fun however, in our morning class, we will make our core work "in-joy-able"!

Get ready to love your CORE, experience creative and fun ways to strengthen and support whole-body functioning as well as build strength and endurance. Using your own body weight and the option of light weights and bands. Our 45-minute class combines a short Yoga warm-up, Pilates and a strong ab-core section and end with a short Yoga flow. Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Core & MORE. All levels are welcome.
