Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath

This 75-minute Slow Flow Yoga and Sound Bath experience will allow you space to mindfully move with your breath pose to pose and receive the healing vibration of the crystal bowls in a long Savasana. The yoga portion of class will be 50 minutes, with a 25 minute sound bath to follow. All levels of practice are welcome.

This experience is led by Jen(star) & Allisa Turriff from Shine Sound Therapy
