Group Breathwork

Take a deep breath and experience the benefits of breathwork with me during a 60-minute group session.
The session begins with an intention, dim lights and music. You will be guided into a deep belly breath. This breath is a conscious connected breath, creating a safe space within your body for old traumas, emotions and energy to come up for healing.
After a deep healing within the body, we begin the cool down. Gentle music, meditation, and peaceful connection.
Bring: yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, bottle of water. (I have extra, so if you don't have something, no worries.)
