A Year with Jane: Watercolors Florals and the Art of Correspondence

Join us for a year-long celebration of Jane Austen’s legacy through the art of watercolor painting and the charm of Regency-era correspondence. Participants will create beautiful watercolor flower paintings to mount on notecards, inspired by the delicate artistry of the time. We’ll also explore the art of letter-writing, discussing how communication during Jane Austen’s era was an elegant form of personal expression. Come paint, write, and immerse yourself in the world of Austen as we celebrate her timeless influence on both literature and the art of correspondence.
