In light of the pandemic: Please follow whatever is the most current guidance.
Be mindful of others, cover your cough/sneeze, wash your hands. If you are sick in any way, stay home.
NOTE: If no one has confirmed they are going (besides host(s)) by 7 p.m. Saturday, the night before, the workout is subject to cancellation.
Distance: As much as you want; most folks do 1-2 circuits (3-mile path once, twice, or thrice; please comment with your intended mileage or time at workout). It's easy to truncate the route, if needed.
Pace: Dependent upon weather, surfaces, participants (please comment with your intended pace); some folks do speedwork for all or part of the workout, some folks walk, some folks run. If you're new, we won't leave you to fend for yourself unless that's your preference.
Plan: Three-mile, paved circuit traversed multiple times (see comments for what individuals say they'll do); if you want to do something that's not a multiple of three, you may be on your own for part of your workout; even if others aren't of your pace, we start together and double-back over multiple parts of the course, allowing us to see each other frequently during the workout (you might be on your own, but you won't truly be alone). Sometimes we change plans, but this is generally what we do.

Parking: Park in the southwest corner of the lot by the tennis courts/Millennium Lodge (follow entrance road to end; it loops into the lot); Park map:

Support: Bring your own nutrition, fluids, and whatever else you need. There is a water fountain outside the lodge in the summer. Wear appropriate gear and bring your cell phone. Police suggest locking any valuables (wallet, purse) in your trunk. Restrooms on site.
