ZUMBA MONDAYS with Tricia

Back by popular demand! Join us on your lunch hour for an exhilarating, vibrant, and energetic Zumba experience! Suitable for all ages, this drop-in Zumba class will take place inside the Museum program room.

Get ready to dance, sweat, and have a blast as Tricia leads you through a fusion of dynamic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography. Feel the rhythm, unleash your inner dancer, and enjoy a fun-filled workout that boosts your cardio fitness, enhances coordination, and uplifts your spirits.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a beginner, Zumba will be an invigorating and joyful fitness journey for everyone. Please bring water and sturdy shoes to dance in.
