B) Cheque made payable to Scouts Canada-1st Napanee Valley with "Brotherhood" in the notes sections to help with financial tracking.
*Please always follow up payment with an email for our records. Include "Brotherhood" in the Subject Line for easy reference.
*Some of our youth have fundraising credits in their family name that you are more than welcome to tap into to cover some or all of this cost (this depends on how many credits you've accumulated to date - Group Commissioner Michelle Chamberlain maintains this record). If you wish to do this please let Michelle and/or I know so we can adjust our records to show the deduction from your family credits and payment for this event.
This event is a fantastic opportunity for our Scouts to demonstrate their resourcefulness, reliability, and independence. Each Patrol will manage their own mini campsite and meals. Scouts are responsible for organizing their food and drink for the weekend and arranging their transportation to and from the event. These expenses should be equally shared among the Patrol members.
The Camporee will host Troops from Canada, the USA, and a few other international locations. Patrols can choose from various events and activities throughout the weekend. For more details on the events, refer to the flyer and visit the website for updates:

Our Troop will camp together within our Patrols, and the Scouters will bring our outdoor kitchen to set up at our campsite. Patrols will have scheduled access to the kitchen to prepare their planned meals. Additionally, a canteen will be available on-site for youth to use at their discretion with their spending money.
Troop Scouters Andrea Miller, Laura McCallum, Venturer Advisor David Baillie, and Group Administrator Dan Chamberlain will be supervising this adventure. Unfortunately, Troop Master Ed will not be joining us due to a prior commitment.
For any questions or concerns about the World Brotherhood Camporee or to submit your child's registration, please contact Troop Scouter Andrea Miller by August 10th, 2025.
