Our pre & post natal course starts next Tuesday!

The class is both virtual and in person, and we've scheduled it from 12-1 pm in hopes that people can join us online during the lunch hour.

In the first session you will learn all about the physiological adaptations that happen in the body during pregnancy, including what happens to our blood sugars, our heart, our lungs, our joints, our digestive system, and our hormones!

Our Kinesiologist will then teach you about the importance of exercise during pregnancy to help to prevent the development of health issues during pregnancy. She will teach you contraindications to exercise, as well as how to exercise safely.

The class is hosted for 5 more weeks where you will learn even more from a dietitian, social worker, and another session on exercise where we cover topics like body pain during pregnancy, exercise & breastfeeding.. and more!
