Our silent retreat is held at the Quaker Meeting House in Great Malvern, a tranquil location just a short walk from the train station. Ample parking and secure bike storage are available for your convenience.

Throughout the retreat, participants will maintain silence to deepen their meditation experience. The retreat guide will provide spoken instructions during the formal sessions, leading guided meditations and practices. Each session also includes quiet periods, allowing you to embrace the peaceful stillness of your own mind.
The retreat is designed as a one-day experience, but you may wish to extend your stay and explore the stunning countryside or the charming spa town of Malvern.
