Mum Club

A beautiful space for you and your pre-crawling baby to move, connect, and breathe deeply in nature. Think gentle postnatal exercise for mum, calming sensory time for baby (trees, birdsong, water ripples), and the chance to meet other incredible women in the early weeks and months of motherhood.

This class is inspired by the kind of sessions I went to during those early baby days – they were a lifeline, and this one’s built to offer the same support and soul-soothing vibe.

Led by the amazing @lucynicholscoaching (specialist PT) and Mannie (postnatal doula), you’ll be in safe, expert hands – learning to move again in a way that respects and supports your post-birth body, while baby soaks up the wild world around them 🌳👶
