Good balance is the foundation for safe, active living. Join us for a specialty workshop on October 14th at 1pm where our physical therapists will share simple strategies to improve stability, reduce fall risks, and keep you moving with confidence. Following the talk, enjoy a complimentary one-on-one balance screening with a therapist.
