Morning Meditative Walks on the Riverfront Trail

Join us for a silent group stroll along the Housatonic in the fresh air, before the heat of the day.

In this early hour, we can hear the birdsong and the sounds of the river and, in the quiet, may glimpse some wildlife. It’s a slow, mindful walk lasting about an hour.

Afterwards, those who would like to, can gather at the Co-op for coffee/tea and conversation before beginning the rest of your day.

The Leader of the walk is Sharon Coleman, local resident and member of the Great Barrington Land Conservancy.

Meet us 5 minutes before 7:00am at the trailhead of the Riverfront trail next to the Railroad Street Youth Project building on Bridge St. in Great Barrington.
