Plant Identification - Making Tinctures & Herb Tea Blends

Join us on Monday, September 29 for an enlightening Herb/Plant Exploration Walk and Tincture Workshop in Grayson at Spirit Bear Holler (100 Hurricane Fork). In this guided leisurely walk we will explore wild plants and learn how they have been used for centuries in traditional medicine, food, and wellness. After the walk we will gather to learn to make tinctures and teas and have an herbal tea tasting.
