Heart Opening Sound Journey

We must fill your own cup before pouring into others. This sound journey will begin with a loving kindness guided meditation followed by soothing soundscapes with an emphasis on opening our heart chakra. No experience necessary. Please dress comfortably. You may bring crystals to charge and an eye mask to enhance your experience.
