We’ll begin with calming, restorative yoga to ease tension from the body and quiet the mind. Then, we’ll drift into the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often described as yogic sleep — where your body deeply rests while your awareness gently lingers.

✨ Think blankets, candlelight, and a room full of peaceful energy. No experience needed — just come as you are.
