Iain Abernethy Seminar - South Ockendon, Essex

Iain Abernethy will be teaching a seminar in South Ockendon, Essex!

The theme of the seminar will be combining grappling and impact! We will look at a number of old-school grappling methods and how they can be integrated with striking methods. This will include using focus pads, so please bring some with you if you have them. Spares will be available for those who don’t have their own.

Open to all karateka regardless of style or affiliation.
Minimum age 18 years
