Calling all wedding vendors, boutiques, bakers, florists, planners, and creatives —

Vendor Registration is officially OPEN for the 2025 Westside Bridal and Wedding Show!

Vendor Space Options:

🎀 Indoor 12x12 Booth – $30

🎀 Indoor Limited 8x8 Booth – $25

🎀 Indoor Limited 5x8 Booth – $20

🎀 Outdoor 12x12 Booth – $15

Important Vendor Info:

💍 Only one direct sales rep per company (Scentsy, etc.) — first come, first served!

💍 Need electricity, tables, or chairs? No problem — just request them with your application (small additional fee).

💍 Booth fee covers the entire event. A deposit is required to reserve your spot — all fees are non-refundable.

💍 Planning to leave early? Please let us know in advance!
