About the event

Spring Equinox Forest Bathing
Join me for a Forest Bathing experience at Ashenbank Woods on the Spring Equinox. A moment of perfect balance between light and dark, winter and spring.

As the forest awakens, we’ll slow down and immerse ourselves in the sensory richness of ancient woodland: budding leaves, birdsong, fresh scents, and the quiet intelligence of nature at the turning of the season. Through guided invitations, mindful walking, and shared tea, you’ll have space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the land, the season, and yourself.

This equinox gathering is an invitation to welcome renewal, set gentle intentions, and step into spring feeling grounded and restored.

No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing and layers suitable for the weather
- Waterproof shoes or boots
- A bottle of water

If you book a space and then can no longer make it, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer to someone else. Thank you **
