Come and join myself Verity for a beautiful guided grounding meditation & sound healing session using pure quartz crystal singing bowls, a wind gong, koshi chimes & tibetan therapy singing bowls.
Calm and recharge your mind, body & spirit. Release negative energy and return to a natural state of regulation and over all wellbeing.
Each bowl is tuned to one of our energy centres 'Chakras' in our bodies. I have also programmed Reiki & Crystal healing within my bowls to create a deeper level of healing.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat or something padded to lay on, a blanket and pillow.
I do have a small number of yoga mats to lend out. Should you wish to borrow one, please ask.
